Young Pioneers in a Digital Age
In a scene no doubt recreated throughout the world, on July 24th the youth of the Logandale Nevada 5th Ward enjoyed their annual Pioneer Day Primary Parade around the wardhouse’s parking lot. Here a young pioneer watches as his big sisters pull and steady his “covered wagon” while [inset] his younger brother in the back of the wagon hangs on tight. A wonderful program followed in the cultural hall with music and drama honoring our pioneer heritage. I thought the pictures of both brothers were cute, and tried to figure out a way to use both of them…
