Martha Facer Proctor takes a moment to tell a story to her granddaughter, Michaela, while vacationing together in Haines, Alaska. I have been amazed as we have traveled extensively in former communist nations--the people consistently tell us that the grandmothers preserved faith in God and whispered values to their grandchildren which in turn led to the demise of the regimes.
