BYU Television to Air BYU vs. Portland Game Live

On Saturday, Dec. 1, BYU Television will provide live coverage of the BYU men’s basketball team’s match-up against the University of Portland. Tip-off is at 8 p.m. (MT).

BYU’s basketball team entered the national rankings this week at no. 21, after upsetting sixth-ranked Lousville in last week’s Findlay Toyota Las Vegas Invitational Tournament. The team then lost to no. 1 North Carolina in the tournament’s final game, bringing its season record to 5-1. The team’s ranking in the national polls is its earliest appearance since the 1980-81 season.

BYU Television is available in 45 million homes throughout Utah and the United States on the Dish Network, DirecTV, and approximately 180 cable systems. The station also provides a live program stream via the Internet at www.byutv.org.
