Biggest Deal of the Night
"But honestly, Mr. Penn's comments at the awards were not the biggest deal of the night to me – It was the applause of the audience in response to his comments that really send a sense of urgency to me. It made me realize something really poignant: Hollywood is not going to stop." I enjoyed the awards show this year but was not surprised at Mr Penn winning(Hollywood loves a good gay movie) but I looked for just one person to not be applauding his comments and I was brought up short to see NONE. The reality hit me that the influence of the left in Hollywood is frightening. I also wondered if all those applauding truly felt that way or were they afraid to express their true feelings? Either way the fight grows more intense for righteous values and each and every one of us are needed to fight the tide that flows out of Hollywood and into the soul of America . Joyce in Oregon

Star Power
Why do people give stars so much power? Maybe everyone ought to show their support for their beliefs by not attending the movies of these superficial stars who feel that only they have rights and the rest of us do not unless we believe as they do. In the last 10 years my movie attendance has been at most 3 movies and look I'm still alive and informed.

Pleased by the Masses
It is apparent - Hollywood seeks to be pleased by the masses than vice versa. Whatever reasons we will present to them, their minds are fixed.Like a spoiled brat who is drowned in fame and fortune, it's their side- not anyone's. Soon, the present president will have his turn- and Hollywood will continue to have their fun.
Thanks for people like you who continue to present your side bravely.

Sad State of Affairs
It is indeed a sad state of affairs, when the moment of truth is communicated that these actors rebel against the messsenger, not considering who the author of the message is. We did not say these things, God the Father proclaimed these moral messages, do you suppose they think their fighting against Christians and not know their fighting against the God that gave them life (no brainer). Giving Voice to Frustrations
Thanks for allowing Aaron Edson to give voice to the frustrations that I felt after watching reports of Sean Penn's acceptance speech. It is sad, but not surprising, that Hollywood is so out of touch with the most of America . I do fear the impact that they can have if Americans don't speak up by refusing to attend and financially support the movies that don't espouse our traditional values.
Thanks for your work and I pray that we will have more courageous people who will stand up for what is right even if it is controversial or unpopular in the mainstream media.
