Scot Facer Proctor and Maurine Jensen Proctor are the keynote speakers at the Singles Conference held in Simi Valley, California, this weekend, Oct. 16-18. The conference activities include a dance with a live band Friday evening at the Reagan Presidential Library, including tours of the museum and Air Force One, and the main conference on Saturday, including another dance Saturday with a live band and a DJ. Elder William Reynolds will be the presiding authority and will speak on Saturday and at a joint sacrament meeting on Sunday morning. The conference theme is "A Perfect Brightness of Hope".
The Proctors will also give a fireside for all members and interested parties (not just singles) on Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Newbury Park Stake Center (the corner of Wendy and Kimber in Newbury Park). The theme will be "Gordon B. Hinckley, Temple Builder- Up Close and Personal"
