This work is based on the artist's understanding that the complete Book of Mosiah is written in chiasmus, which is an ancient Hebrew poetry form. In chiasmus, the most important part of the message is placed in the center of the writing. The central message of the Book of Mosiah is spoken by the prophet Abinadi, who is here flanked by King Benjamin, King Mosiah, King Noah, Alma, and Ammon.
